Niall Dempsey – Founder and Director

Niall Dempsey has over 20 years’ experience working in tax advisory roles in boutique firms; providing personalised, detailed strategic plans around key areas of taxation and management of family businesses.

Key areas of interest and specialism are personal wealth planning and retirement and succession planning, but Niall’s experience extends well beyond this to corporate restructuring, transaction services, and business advisory for start-ups and privately owned businesses.

Niall takes this wealth of experience to provide practical, tailored solutions to you and your business to ensure you are provided a bespoke service - tax advice that meets your personal needs.

Niall is a member of the Irish Tax Institute (ITI) and is also a chartered accountant.

Lynda Heavey – Director 

Lynda trained in tax with a Top 10 firm in Ireland across a variety of tax heads. Having joined NDTAX Limited in April 2021 Lynda is a welcome addition to the team.

Lynda is a member of the Irish Tax Institute (ITI) and is also a qualified chartered accountant (ACA). She has a masters in accounting from NUI Maynooth and a certificate in Intellectual Property and related tax reliefs.

Lynda has been advising clients across a variety of sectors for over 9 years. She is primarily involved in tax compliance and related matters. Through her extensive client base Lynda has accumulated a wealth of knowledge of personal and corporate tax matters, advising in particular small to medium size businesses in Ireland and sole traders.

Lynda also advises companies considering establishing a presence in Ireland and the various opportunities and challenges that this can present.
