Personal Tax
Ireland’s tax system is complex, and preparing a personal self-assessment tax return can be complicated – even when your personal circumstances seem straightforward.
Getting assistance from a professional tax advisor is vital to ensure you are paying the right amount of tax, claiming all tax credits and reliefs available to you, and ensuring that your overall effective rate of tax is minimised.
We help a growing number of individuals each year. We always recommend that our clients get started early so they can plan for any liabilities that may be due.
We will send you out a personal tax ‘checklist’ to ensure that you have given us all the information that we may need, and this will guide us in preparing your return. With our fixed, competitive pricing, its one less thing for you to worry about!
Not sure if you need to file a self-assessment tax return? If you answered yes to any of the below questions then you should talk to us about your filing requirements:
- Do you have additional income that is not subject to PAYE?
- Are you self employed or in a partnership?
- Considering making a payment into a personal pension or making an additional voluntary contribution?
- Are you a company director or a shareholder in an Irish company?
- Have you recently bought/sold or received shares?
- Do you have a rental property or own land that is being leased?
- Are you an RCT contractor, freelancer, or contractor?
- Do you have you income from overseas? (such as a foreign employment, foreign rental property or foreign pension?)
- Have you been gifted such as a property, shares or cash?
With prices starting from as little as only €300* (ex VAT) for less complex Form 11 tax returns we offer a competitive and efficient service to our clients.
At NDTAX we will provide an initial consultation free of charge to determine if you are required to file a return. This will also guide our pricing as we can determine the level of complexity involved in your return. Once we have received your information, we will analyse your income sources and any reliefs available, we will prepare your tax return, speak to you about any tax liability due and upcoming payment dates. Where required, we can also negotiate payment plans with Revenue in circumstances where you are experiencing financial difficulty.
For clients with larger more complex income sources who need assistance in managing their personal wealth and ensuring they are maximising all wealth planning opportunities we offer a bespoke service. We will take an in-depth look at your personal affairs and work with you to ensure you are protecting your personal finances.
*Typical price range for a proprietary director (an individual who owns 15% or more shareholding in an Irish company) with mainly PAYE income, medical expenses, and some small additional income (such as dividend received/deposit interest)
